Starting Monday, October 28th, we’re offering a 4-week online yoga series designed to bring balance and relaxation into your life.
For just $45, you’ll enjoy 45-minute sessions every Monday at 7 PM, with classes on October 28th, November 4th, November 11th, and November 18th. Can’t make a session? No worries! All classes will be recorded and available to you.

Elevate your mood and embrace positivity with our Joyful Flow class. This uplifting session focuses on heart-opening poses, energizing movements, and mindfulness practices to help you cultivate a sense of joy and well-being.
Sharpen your mind and boost your concentration in this dynamic yoga class. With a blend of balancing poses, breath control, and meditation, you'll develop the mental clarity and focus needed for everyday tasks and challenges.
Achieve emotional balance and stability through our Balanced Emotions class. This session combines restorative poses, breathwork, and mindfulness exercises to help you regulate emotions and find inner harmony.
I am committed to helping individuals find more integrated ways to cope with and release
stress and trauma through their inner rhythm. I aim to vibrate great energy and love
through other souls, helping them appreciate their essential selves, coming back home to
their bodies, and truthfully accept where they are now. My dedication to promoting mental
