My background in substance abuse, mental health, and youth advocacy positions me to support individuals experiencing RBTS. This healing circle provides a safe space to share your experiences of racism, process difficult emotions, and find healing within our community. In these circles, we'll explore the impact of racism, from personal experiences to historical trauma. Trained practitioners will guide our discussions, ensuring confidentiality and fostering a space for open dialogue and understanding. Whether you've experienced racism directly, witnessed discrimination, or carry the weight of historical trauma, this circle is here to support you. You don't have to go through this alone. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where you can begin your healing journey and build resilience.
In these healing circles, my aim is to create a safe space for open dialogue and shared experiences. Here, you will be amongst your community, amongst your people, where your stories will be heard, and your stories will be felt. In these healing circles, my aim is to create a safe space for open dialogue and shared experiences. Here, you will be amongst your community, amongst your people, where your stories will be heard, and your stories will be felt. We'll come together as a group to explore tools for processing the difficult emotions that arise from navigating racism. My background in psychology, human resources, and coaching equips me to guide these discussions and empower you to build a more fulfilling future, both for yourselves and for our community. I want to offer each of you the opportunity for healing and connection.

As a person of color who grew up right here in New Hampshire, I deeply understand the unique challenges faced by our vibrant BIPoC community. My journey, which includes proudly serving in the United States Marine Corps, has instilled in me an unwavering commitment to supporting and empowering others.
Witnessing the strength and vitality of our community firsthand fuels my passion to create healing for the people of color within our beautiful state. For several years, I've worked in community mental health, honing my skills to support the specific needs of my community. The needs of OUR community. I am excited to channel that experience into facilitating these powerful group discussions specifically designed for the BIPoC community in New Hampshire.
My expertise lies in fostering a safe and supportive space where we can explore past hurts, navigate life's transitions, and find healing together. Whether you're a veteran or not, our community has faced many challenges. Know that your story is valued. Your voice matters.
