Under the law, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. At Therapists of Color New England, we provide all self-pay and uninsured clients with a written estimate of expected charges prior to starting services. This estimate outlines the anticipated costs for your care based on the services recommended by your therapist. While actual costs may vary depending on the frequency and duration of sessions, our goal is transparency so you can make informed decisions about your mental health care. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
